We offer serviced coldstore chambers ranging from 8,500 sq.ft. to 11,500 sq.ft.
You just give us the required temperatures you need and we ensure they are maintained 24 hours a day.
All stores are capable of holding various chilled temperatures down to deep frozen and are also racked with best quality racking which the tenant has the right to alter or remove to suit requirements.
Our site is fully security fenced with CCTV and manned security at night.
Quoted prices for coldstore chambers are based on a five year lease which includes building insurance and plant maintenance. Additional charges for the tenant will be non domestic rates which are payable direct to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and monthly electricity costs.
Short term leases are also available subject to a premium price per sq.ft.
